(th)_ought s(cu)_lpt is a manifesto that demonstrates and highlights the possible “zones” of a structured framework of entering a headspace.
The manifesto was first constructed in equations, referring to the idea how reflection is a language in itself. It’s a mode/device that can help make sense and sort the innermost thoughts and experiences.

To translate the meditative, evolving, repeating, and fluid practice, the making of the manifesto utilized experimentation with form and media.
Some examples include: extending pages, considering different paper texture and color, folding pages, and combining analog and digital image-making techniques. Each chapter followed a specific image-making methodology based on a spreadsheet to reflect each zone.

This deliberate and systematic approach not only represents the different aspects of reflection, it questions the concept of reflection. What does it mean to reflect truly? On the self? On the world? How can reflection be translated?
To reflect means to engage in a process, a practice that involves analyzing the inner thoughts, emotions, and ideas. Dedicating a time and space to get lost in thought, and focusing on different elements—both physical and mental—provides a means to explore the current inner self and the environment.
